   9th Annual Masked Ball

"Scary Scary Night"   

 

The Halloween Masked Ball is ALWAYS our very best party of the year and this year will be no exception. We have so,mething extraordinary planned for this one as we close in on our 10th year of hosting parties for our friends.

Date: Party starts at 10:00 PM on Saturday October 30th. Doors close at 2:00AM sharp. Party continues until 4:00AM.

Where: A fun and exclusive NYC venue- details to those who register.

What: A wonderful evening for COUPLES AND SINGLE LADIES complete with great ambience, great friends and lots of enjoyable times for all. Costumes are encouraged and there will be a penalty for NOT joining us in costume - we will award prizes for the hottest ... barest ... most original ... and more (or less!)  Rest assured that there will be some unique surprises for all who attend. We will have a full hot and cold buffet and mixers amd soft drinks as well as a full bar staff to check and serve your alcohol.

Who: We expect a sellout crowd for this event, as usual, and ws e DO have a limit. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. We can accommodate 150 couples for this one and it WILL sell out early. Once we hit this number we will start a waiting list. Payment is via PayPal to take advantage of the early payment discount and guarantee your place. Cash only will be accepted at the door, space permitting. Registration is open to couples and single females only.

Why: Because we like seeing all our friends have a great time enjoying themselves as they network and meet other like minded people.

How: Go to October 30th Registration. You will be asked to fill out a registration form for and will be offered the appropriate payment options. Prices go up soon so register and pay early to take advantage of our discounted pricing option.

   Please note: We will charge you an additional fee at the door if you decide to come without costume or masked!

   For reservations and payments received online by October 20th:

   In costume: (think of this as serious incentive to find THE perfect costume! - Birthday suits DON'T count)

   Couples: $120.00   MFF Trios: $150.00  MMF Trios: $250.00  Single Females $40.00

   No Costume  or mask (i.e. street clothes) and all reservations received after October 20th:

   Couples: $150.00   MFF Trios: $200.00  MMF Trios: $300.00  Single Females $50.00

  

Due to the large number of people who have made reservations to be paid at the door and have not attended or cancelled, we are compelled to make some changes in the way we accept party reservations. Pre-payment online will be the only way to secure your reservation unless you speak to us and make other specific arrangements. While we have no objections to payment at the door from people so inclined, we need to have some sort of interaction with you so that we don't continue to prepare for people who are not coming. We hope everyone understands this need and what caused it.
